Collector is your digital bridge for real-world collectibles. Digitize your collections while retaining
ownership of the underlying assets, trade them with others, and even collateralize your assets for
loans—all without the risks and inefficiencies which plague traditional collectible marketplaces.
How Collector Works
Getting your collectibles onto Collector is easy, and our website will walk you through the three-
step process:
- Register your intention to ship collectibles and fill out a few details
- Print a shipping label and pack your collectibles
- Hand the package off to a delivery service
From there, Collector will cross-reference the delivery with the tracking number you provide,
validate the item(s) received, and place them all into one of our trusted partner vaults while you
claim your freshly minted pNFT(s).
Each unique pNFT is minted on the Solana blockchain to represent full legal ownership of the
associated collectible, and the two remain inextricably linked until the pNFT is redeemed (and
burned) for the underlying asset. It doesn’t matter whether the pNFT was gifted, inherited,
purchased from a third party, or purchased from the official Collector marketplace; it’s linked to the collectible until it’s burned to retrieve the physical collectible from the vault.
